Domenico’s passion for cooking started early, helping out at his uncle’s pizzeria at the young age of 13. Three years later, he began his career as a chef, spending his professional years in Mallorca, the Balearic Islands and all over Spain, where he learnt the secrets to making the perfect paella. Now living in Seville with his Sevillana wife, Domenico enjoys teaching you how to master the cooking of traditional Spanish dishes, paella especially.

Professional trained in Seville, Victoria has worked for more than 10 years on Germany, UK, Madrid and Barcelona as pastry chef and chef de partie. She loves cooking (and devouring food) and she will be delighted to show you more about the Spanish cuisine and the secrets to get the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest. She’s been working for the last 2 years at Taller Andaluz de Cocina, one of the highest rated cooking school in Seville, sharing her passion with her guests.

Tras aprender idiomas, ha desarrollado su carrera en hostelería y paralelamente ha estudiado antropología. Está convencida de que la gastronomía es un pilar fundamental de cada cultura, circunstancia que ha podido comprobar trabajando en varios países. De Italia le viene la pasión por la comida, de Inglaterra el gusto por el té, y de España una de sus mayores aficiones: desayunar tranquila.

Es ella quien os habla detrás de las pantallas del Taller. Le gusta fotografiar comida y las redes sociales, tanto que cambió la Historia por el marketing digital. Cazatendencias gastronómicas. También la podrás ver ayudando en clase y guiando tours.
