Spanish Cooking Class and Market Tour (Morning)
70,00 €There’s no better way to dive into Spain’s extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class and a tour of a local food market.
Accompanied by your guide, explore the Mercado de Triana, one of Sevilla’s oldest markets, and immerse yourself in our city by discovering stalls filled with tropical fruits from the Andalusian coast, delicious cheeses from across Spain, unparalleled Iberian products, olives from the province, and a wide variety of local delights that will open the door to Andalusian cuisine.
Next, let a professional chef reveal the intricacies of working in a Spanish kitchen during a hands-on cooking class. Work side by side with your chef while enjoying homemade sangria, and learn how to combine ingredients and spices to achieve the unique flavors that set Spanish food apart.
We will prepare a traditional Spanish feast, consisting of three courses and a light dessert:
- Salmorejo (alternatively Gazpacho).
- Espinacas con Garbanzos (alternatively Huevos a la Flamenca, Buñuelos de Bacalao, or Gambas al Ajillo).
- Paella Valenciana (chicken and seasonal vegetables). We will prepare a vegetable paella separately if there are any vegetarians in the group.
- A light dessert such as lemon sorbet with cava.
All ingredients and materials are provided by the school and at the end of the class, guests enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer).

- Guacamole con totopos caseros (lo que conocemos como nachos).
- Tacos al Pastor con tortillas caseras.

Todos los materiales e ingredientes necesarios serán proporcionados por el Taller. Al finalizar se degustarán las recetas cocinadas acompañadas de hasta dos bebidas (refrescos, vino o cerveza).

Triana Market Tour with Tastings (2,5h.)
40,00 €La cocina asiática es muy rica y variada, y engloba alguna de las gastronomías más famosas del mundo. Aunque no se puede concebir como un todo, dadas sus muchas diferencias, también tienen elementos comunes compartidos por la mayoría de ellas.
Si no te decides por un solo curso de cocina oriental, este es tu Taller: podrás viajar culinariamente desde Vietnam a China y de ahí, hasta Tailandia, aprendiendo cómo preparar y probando algunos de sus platos más emblemáticos.
